A workplace you can see
Build your workplace. Hire a team. Hand them the work.
Plazas turns your business into a place you can see. Hire AI employees, hand one a task and get the finished work back: a reply, a post, a schedule, a plan, written for your business from what you have told the team.

How it works
Set up in three steps. Then hand out the work.
Nothing to configure and nothing to learn first. You answer three questions, and from then on you give a worker a task whenever you have one.
- 1
Describe your goal
Say what you want done, in your own words, or tap one of the goals. Your team is suggested from it.
- 2
Hire your team
Pick the people for the work that piles up. Each one has a single job and knows what it involves.
- 3
Build their workplace
Pick the kind of place and how big to build: a single room, an office or a building with floors.
- 4
Hand a worker a task
Open a worker and type what you need, or tap one of the suggestions for their job. Nobody starts on their own.
- 5
Get the finished work back
The answer comes back as text, written for your business. You read it, copy it and use it where it belongs.
- 6
Rate it, or ask for another go
Give the result one to five stars. If it is not right, say what to change and the worker does it again.
The work
Real finished work, not a demo.
When you hand a worker a task, it runs for real and the answer is theirs: a reply to a client, a week of posts, next week's schedule, a plan for an event.
- Written for your businessA worker writes from what you have told the team: the name and kind of business, the city, your hours, your goal, and anything you add to Memory, such as prices, services and regulars.
- Nothing made upWorkers are told to use only what they have been given. When a price, a name or a date is missing, they leave a marked gap and list what to check before you use the text.
- Yours to useThe result is text. You copy it and send the message, publish the post or share the schedule yourself. Nothing is sent, published, booked or paid on your behalf.
- Every task on recordWhat you asked, what came back, the model it ran on, the tokens it used, what that cost in dollars and the coins you were charged. The manager view adds it up for the whole team.
The team
Hire for the job, not the software.
Each worker has one job. These are real things you can ask each of them for on day one. Hire the ones you need and let go any time.
Maya
BookingsYou could ask- Write a reminder to send tonight to everyone booked for tomorrow.
- A client wants to move Thursday 18:00 to another day. Draft the reply offering two alternatives.
Leo
SocialYou could ask- Write three Instagram captions announcing our weekend opening hours.
- Plan a 20-second reel for this week: shots, on-screen text and caption.
Noa

- Write a message to bring back a client who has not booked in a month.

StockYou could ask- Make a weekly stock checklist for a business like ours.
- Write an email asking a supplier for a quote on our regular order.

- Write a message asking the team who can cover Thursday 18:00.
Adi
New leadsYou could ask- Write a reply to someone asking what we offer and how to start.
- Draft five questions to ask a new lead before suggesting a first session.
Roni
EventsYou could ask- Plan a two-hour open day: timeline, what to prepare, who does what.
- Write the sign-up announcement for an event next Friday.
Gali
ManagerYou could ask- Write a morning brief template I can read in one minute.
- List what I should check every Monday to know how the business is doing.
Eli
EngineeringYou could ask- Read the README and the main folders, then explain how this project is put together.
- Look at the open issues and tell me which three matter most, and why.
Or ask in your own words.
The suggestions are a place to start. Type any task that fits the job and the worker writes it for your business. If they are busy, the task waits in their queue.
Request an invite
Any kind of business
A studio, an office, a shop. Yours.
The place changes with the business. The idea does not: every kind of work gets a room, and every room gets someone you can hand that work to.

Music studio. A control room, a live room, a vocal booth and a lounge. A good first team: Maya for bookings, Omer for invoices, Leo for social.
Request an inviteYou stay in charge
Nothing leaves without you.
Your team writes the work. You read it and decide what to do with it. They cannot send, publish, book or pay anything.
Work starts when you say
A worker does a task when you hand it over. Pause anyone with one tap and they take nothing new.
Quality is your rating
You give each result one to five stars. A worker’s quality is made of your ratings and nothing else. Until you rate, it says “Not rated yet”.
Another go, with your note
Say what to change and the worker does the task again with your note and the earlier answer in front of them.
And each job is told what it must never do.

- Never publishes a post you have not approvedLeo, Social

Workstations, office, building
Better desks run stronger models.
Every worker sits at a workstation. Its tier decides which model does their tasks, how long an answer can be and how many tokens they may use in a day. Start everyone on a standard desk and upgrade the ones that carry the most.

You pay in coins for what each task actually uses: 300 for each dollar of model cost, so a task that costs $0.01 is charged 3. A stronger model costs more for the same task. Every plan adds coins each month. How charging works
Then the office. Then the building.
When the team outgrows the room, build another. When the floor is full, add one above it. Rooms and floors are bought with coins on Plus and Pro. The plan decides what you may build. Coins decide how much of it.

Questions
Good things to ask first.
Do I need to know anything about AI?
What do I actually get back?
Do workers send messages or publish posts for me?
Do they work on their own?
What if the result is not right?
What does a task cost?
What is a workstation?
What else are coins for?
What kind of business is this for?
Where is my data kept?
Plazas is opening by invitation.
Leave your email and we will tell you when your place is ready. Then it is three questions and your first task.
